At RainSisters, we want you to feel confident and elegant in your designer raincoats, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we are happy to assist you with a return or an exchange for a different size or style.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached, and pack it securely in the original RainSisters packaging.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a tracked courier service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
